MLB Draft 2010: Bryce Harper No.1 pick, live streaming details


MLB Draft 2010, coverage begins tonight, June 7, on the MLB network. The MLB mock draft will take place over three days with first round and supplemental first round selections.

 

The first pick in the 2010 MLB Draft will be from worst performer of 2010 MLB season Washington Nationals. Pittsburgh Pirates and the Baltimore Orioles will follow.

 

Bryce Harper is the No. 1 pick for the 2010 MLB mock draft. Harper is a power hitting left handed catcher out of Las Vegas that could command as much money as they had to pay for Stephen Strasburg this season.

 

The shortstop of Florida Manny Machado will probably be the second pick. Jameson Taillon pitcher of Texas is expected to be the third pick. Projections are projections, as some past analysis by experts have been way off when it came anything after the first overall selection.

 

The MLB 2010 Draft coverage will be telecasted at 4 pm. PST on Monday June 7.

Top five pick of the season are :

 

Bryce Harper has smashed records and led a strong college of Southern Nevada team into the NJCAA regionals . He is the No. 1 overall pick. Jameson Taillon, known for his unusual arm strength, goes No.3 to the pirates, the Orioles are expected to use the 2nd overall pick on high school tall, athletic shortstop with a quick bat and a 70 arm Manny Machado.

 

Other choices are Drew Pomeranz and Karsten Whitson who has the best command of the premium prep arms in the class with a chance for four pitches.
